What types of Payment do you accept? - We accept all major credit cards!

Please note that all credit card payments are processed using 3D Secure (3DS), a payment authentication system to protect you against unauthorized use when you shop with us. One-Time Password (OTP) is sent to your mobile number for authentication. Please contact your issuing bank regarding your card's enrollment for OTP.

- Pay With Paypal

When you place an order with Paypal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.

You may still check out even without a PayPal account. To do so, please click on "Pay with Debit/Credit Card" and you’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete your payment safely via PayPal.

Where can I find product sizing information?

 Product sizing varies between cuts and styles per item. Size information can be found on each product page. Unless otherwise specified, sizing is in inches and is taken with the item lying flat.

To prove how much confidence we have in our products and the value they provide to you, we are offering a 30-day money back guarantee that begins only when you receive the product. The items will need to be returned to us in order for us to process a refund. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.

If our product does not work as intended, all you have to do is send us an email at hello@femzene.com within 30 days of the purchase date and we will be more than happy to refund the whole amount in full. 

Where do you ship from?

 Primarily, we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia, and Western Europe. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location, we'll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.

Our products are efficiently packaged by our expert handling team to ensure they arrive in perfect condition regardless of how far they go.

What are your shipping options? - Limited by volume.

 Currently, we can only offer one standard shipping option. Please see our shipping section page for more detailed information on shipping times by zone.

I received 1 item, where is the rest? - (When there are separate packages for an order)

 We're glad to hear your first package has arrived and hope you liked it.

Since you’ve ordered multiple items, our handling team on the manufacturing site sometimes puts it in separate packages to maintain its quality. This is the reason why these are being shipped out to you in separate packages on different timelines.

Your other items are surely in transit to your location!

Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website? - You can.

 We allow cancellation and order changes within 24 hours of placing your order.

If you request order cancellation within 24 hours, we will refund the entire amount of the order (minus a $5 cancellation charge). Order changes are free of cost.

If more than 24 hours have elapsed since you’ve placed your order, we cannot cancel or change your order. That’s because we process and ship out most orders within 24 hours of you placing the order (REFUNDS Will Be Given Out By 72 Hours).

How do I exchange an item? - Our Guarantee.

We're confident our premium curated product selection will meet or exceed your expectations.

Any exchange requests will be reviewed and accepted within 30 days from the delivery of the package to your address, to guarantee customer expectations and ensure satisfaction of your purchases.

Once the request has been reviewed and approved, we will process the exchange of the item.

Any requests raised beyond the 30 days will not be accepted.

What if the item I ordered arrived broken or damaged?

 For sudden instances or cases, we will make it up to you by sending a replacement or refund. We take great care in selecting the manufacturers of our curated collections. If you discover a flaw or fault in the item, please contact us within the first 48 hours of receiving it.
